I need everyones help. To all parents, carers and decent human beings. When and if any of you have to use a busy metro and there are not any seats the first thing we do is stand in the wheelchair bay am I right? I do it myself. How many of you move for somebody in a wheelchair or a parent with a small child in a pram so they can get into the bay and not blocking the doorways? I am a mother to a gorgeous toddler with cerebral palsy. I use public transport because I also work 30 hours a week and cant afford a car but I am sick of people not using their common sense and the manners they were brought up with by not moving out of these bays. I am tutted at and have even had people yelling abuse at me for blocking he door yet the people in the bay I am supposed to be in do not bother to move. All I am asking is for everyone to try and treat others how you would like to be treated and please if you see a wheelchair or even a pram blocking the door move from the bay and offer it to them. If people could help me spread the word that would be great. Thankyou!
