I need help , Family court has taken every thing I have and every thing Im ever going to have now it has become a health problem also. IN 1990 I had a short term relationship with a girl who became pregnant at first she had me thinking this was my child ,as the next nine months passed I learned alot more about this girl and heard things that made me not so sure.......Im going to shorten this story up or I will be here awhile .I stayed with this girl for the next couple months as soon as her body was close to normal again she was ready to hit the clubs and start new relations she no longer wanted me around when I WOULD TRY TO SEE HER AND THE CHILD she would call the police and I WOULD GET ARRESTED FOR SOME BOGUS CHARGE of harassment or something along those lines this happened 2 or 3 times before I got the message but right away she went and opened a child support case in Santa Clara Co. Cal. I never got served to go to court the service says it was delivered to john doe so a default judgement was entered naming me the father and ordering me to pay 650.00 per month I WAS NOT EVEN IN THE WORK FORCE yet at this point in my life they entered this amount on false information she gave them fast forward I NEVER HAD A RELATIONSHIP WITH THE CHILD because she forced me away with the help of the police I start a new relation ship a couple years later have a beautiful baby girl this relationship last 12 years and mom gets cancer and dies. couple years later i get married to the woman I am still with today I never new where this girl took the child to live 21 years later the child finds me through my daughter i have him come to me and my wifes home SO WE COULD MEET I saw no resemblance he had an attitude like i left him and i owed him my life he goes back to the mother and tells her i have a big fancy house witch i do thanks to my godmother left it to me in her will . in 1997 i found out my licence was susp. so i go to child support to see what needs to be done to fix it and she gives me my d.l. release and tells me the case was closed that i did not owe anything well in 2013 the ex reopens the case when she found out i had a home they put a lein on my home for more than its worth i make a court date and that judge ordered me to pay her 400.000 in back child support yes 400.000 they started taking 500 a month from my pay check and it still goes up 1500.00 a month from the 10% intrest they charge i can never pay this nor should i have to she concealed this child from me until he came and found me on his own when he was 21 wont even give me a blood test IS THERE SOMEONE OUT THERE WHO CAN HELP ME WITH THIS THE COURTS ARE SO CORUPT MY EMAIL leo@finestplanet
