I need help people..cant we do anything for This two poor baby? They r my neighbors n get abused all da time, doesnt get foods Properly, i sumtimes Try to feed them but its hard As they both r tied up wid rope on their neck! Such ruthlessness, i offered to buy them but the stupid owner wont give it away! Im posting it cuz last night 2 street dog Went inside n attacked Them as they were tied up they cudnt fight bak,one of them were injured n i saw blood on his face!
