I need help please, my baby will be 14 months tomorrow and 22lbs and rear facing in her infant carrier/carseat and she is getting really tall and we can see that she is uncomfortable with her legs not having much space. So on Monday I went ahead and bought her a convertible carseat but we have not installed it in my car yet because I am having second thoughts on this seat since it is only forward facing and I didnt realize that at the time of my purchase. I want to try to return it today and get a convertible seat that can be rear facing for at least 2 years but also one that she will be comfortable in rear facing. How old were your kids when you got them forward facing? I know the AAP wants them rear facing for at least 2 years the most. I am a safe driver when it comes to having the baby in the car especially but I cant say the same for my hubby, he is a little hush on the breaks at times so that is were I am most concerned. Help please and rather move on if you feel the need to bash Mvp♥
