I need information on Estonias law to reduce black money in land - TopicsExpress

I need information on Estonias law to reduce black money in land deals --- Govt can buy out a property sold, within 30 days, for 5% premium !! AK asks volunteers NOT to take interests in such laws !! Why? Solution? Please read on. Say A sells land to B for say Rs 10 crore cheque white and Rs 5 crore cash. The cash will not come on sale deed. Now Estonia passed a law that if and land is sold, then within 30 days, Govt can pay 5% extra to the buyer and acquire the land !! IOW, the buyer will NOT keep black portion more than 5% !!! IOW, almost 100% of land sale will be by cheque only. This brings down the real estate price for hard working salaries men, as all their income is 100% white anyway. Now can someone google more on this Estonian law? ==== And I want you all to see difference between Right to recall Group and AAP. I have been publicizing this forced buy-out law by paying 25% premium during sale (not if original owner doesnt wish to sell, but only after sale has occurred and within 30 days after sale) since oct-1998. Many AAP activists took this proposals to AK. AK asked activities to NOT to waste time on such proposals and focus on cap-wearing , slogan shouting etc (ask AK). AK repeatedly kept sayng that such tasks should be left to committee of experts only and activists and citizens must NOT take any interest in such proposals !!! And finally, AK refuses to add this forced buy out proposal to reduce black money in real estate in AAP delhi manifesto !! AK has also opposed 1% wealth tax on urban land above 250sqft per person. This is mainly because some of the biggest land owners like Jindals, Sonia and MNCs are paying mediamen for his campaign. This 1% wealth tax will reduce land hoarding in cities and bring down land prices to 10% of what is now and bring down construction prices by about 30%. This will reduce umemployment and reduce inflation as well. All in all, AAP = AK does NOT ask activists to study law-drafts which would improve India. Their main focus is on cutting away middle class voters only. The activists who wish serious law-drafts in India should NOT waste their time after AAP and focus on asking voters to send orders to MPs via SMS to print those law-drafts.
