I need input from people, because I dont pride myself on being too smart in this area for sure. I just had a company charge my credit/debit card a large amount WITHOUT my authorization. I have paid bills with them in the past, but NEVER authorized direct withdraw from my account for any bills. In fast, my card expiration has changed since the last time I used it, but they manipulated it until it went through. This bill was not even old. THEY JUST DELIVERED the propane less than a week ago, and though I got a bill on my door...non has been mailed. Now, to top this off....I had been calling for over 2 months trying to get them to deliver the propane to schedule billing to balance with other bills. Anyone know if this is illegal? I cannot understand how they can just take money like that ....and it was not even like I was late on the bill. Sorry to rant, but I am FURIOUS!!!!!
