I need some advice. This lady bought my horse in june on a payment contract. She said she would make payments every 2 weeks until paid off. Well its been 3 months. I have all the texts starting in June me asking for a payment. She made excuses up. I told her numerous times I need a payment or I will pick him up. Now all of a sudden when I say I want to come get him she has the money. But dont want the money I want my horse back. I asked to pick him up end of august and all of a sudden she is out of state. She has now moved him and told me good luck finding him. Isnt that theft on her part? this lady has been a nightmare. There is a contract that we both signed.
