I need some advice/help. I ordered an item from this website and when I ordered it it said the item was in stock and would be dispatched within 24 hours. I then got a notification email a day later saying they dont have it in stock and to wait. That was nearly three weeks ago and they even had the balls to send me a feedback email for the product I havent even received yet. I wrote to them in English to find out when I will receive it but heard nothing back. Id like to write to them to find out if I will ever receive it otherwise I want to cancel my order....only problem is I need this written in Czech. Can someone write me a short sentence or two asking what is happening with my order and when I will receive it? Has anyone used or know these online guys? Thanks so much in advance :)
