I need some ideas on how to mentally work my German shepherd. We recently moved to a place where fences are not allowed (crazy right? but we didnt have a choice) so we have a little kennel space attached to our backdoor. The neighbor has a pitbull that runs free (into other peoples yards, I might add) so I cant let my shepherd out because he would attack their dog and my dog would most likely win (Im not proud of it, but he is a strong aggressive boy). Ive been playing long games of ball down the hallway and then taking him outside to play catch with him. The jumping tires him out a bit, but he still needs more stimulation. I hope you all can understand my situation and why I cannot just take him out on a long lead. I should also add that my next door neighbor keeps a dog outside, but hes on a chain.
