I need some non-dairy formulary help please. My 4th effort is below, English cheddar. I even bought a $90 analon non stick saucepan to make sure I cooked it properly. I cooked it for the time required but it was much more thick and gloppy than the youtube vid. You can see how the second container sort of filled in 2 folds. I can slice it, sort of, but it is still sticky. Cant imagine grating it. Tried to grill it on top of tomato, doesnt really melt. Tastes ok but what am I doing wrong? Also 2 cups is a lot for 2 of us. How long does it keep and can I freeze it?
