I need some solid grown up advice before I go outta my mind. Help me! My situation: I share a two bedroom apartment with two other people. There are only 3 people on the lease, me, my boyfriend and the roommate. My problem: my roommate has moved his girlfriend into the apartment without telling us. But before moving into the apartment who ALL decided she was not moving in due to their constant fight, violence and property damage they caused at the last apartment. We have both tried to talk to them and it has only turned into immature yelling saying its my apartment too I can have anyone I want over. But now they blast music, do not clean up after themselves or this NEW DOG they bought that pees on everything (its a cute puppy tho) have guest over that are loud until 3 am and now the energy bill which we dont split is 2x higher. They have expressed CLEARLY they do not like me and have been very disrespectful to my home and the furniture me and my boyfriend bought for this home. Shes been here for almost 3 months and we have only been living here for since July. Weve tried talking but nothing gets resolved. Should I report them to the leasing office? Do we just move out? WHAT SHOULD I DO??? IM ABOUT TO LOSE MY MIND.
