I need to admit, I had a partial do over from yesterday... See, I made a commitment to meditate at the Salt Cave for an hour, get a massage & write. I DID have a wonderful time creating custom PowerYear Digital Vision Boards for my group of client kick-butt ladies- Score! However, I missed the meditation as they closed early yesterday :( I pretty much worked through my entire free day- which did still feel like freedom because I was doing something I love. I must make amends to myself- I am driving an hour to go back to the meditation cave today! I just know that I will feel out of integrity with myself if I dont prioritize this me and spirit time. My body, mind, beauty and soul require this as I have been hustling! Please do what you need to do for yourself in the midst of your service work
