I need to ask a few questions, since Im not used to the new area - TopicsExpress

I need to ask a few questions, since Im not used to the new area where the con is taking place this year. Last time I went, it was in Birmingham, so I knew that area well, since Id been to a few cons there. Right out of the different Heathrow hotels, which would be the cheapest to stay at, closest to Heathrow Airport, so that we can get the free bus and closest to the con hotel? Or is £85.00 per night, at the con hotel, cheaper than some of these? We need to try and save as much money as possible you see, with us going on holiday. Does anyone know of any other cheap hotels, which I havent mentioned above? Im not sure yet but my mums cousin might be coming as well, so we may need a room for 3 people, which would make the costs cheaper as well. Which out of these would do a room for 3 people, as some of them are only for two or to get a big family room but its over £200.00, for two nights, which I dont know if that would work out quite cheap still, between 3 people. Does the con hotel, have rooms for 3 people or not? Also we would be best staying at one near the con hotel, as we will probs need to get a taxi back at night, so we dont want to travel too far. Also what is this bus that Ive been hearing people talk about, that takes you straight to the con hotel, for free or you have to pay £4.00? Where do we get that from and does it only run during the day? Also whats the best/cheapest way to travel from Euston Station, to one of these Heathrow hotels? As thats where we will be traveling from? And what time are you best getting there for, on the Friday? As some of these hotel checkin times, are later than others. I dont want to miss anything important. Also if we came on the Saturday, instead of the Friday, what time would we have to be at the actual con hotel for? To make sure that we are registered, got our photo tickets for Darrens photo ops, guest talks etc? Since I know everything that Darren is doing, is mainly happening on the Saturday. Also one of these hotels checkout times is 10am. So would we be able to bring our cases to the con hotel, to put somewhere safe for the rest of the day, until we go home? And what time will the con finish at, on Sunday? Just so we know what time to get the train back home for. How much money do you think we would need to take altogether. For food and drinks and two photo ops? Plus does anyone know of any cheap places to eat, thats near the con hotel? When we ordered the tickets, we didnt put our ticket holder names, down in the comment section of the checkout. So what will we have to do about that now? Ive still got a confirmation email through though. Does anyone know of any cheap train ticket websites other than The Train Line, Cross Country Trains, Virgin Trains and TP Express? Thanks very much for your help, I really appreciate it.
