I need to heat up a gallon of nacho cheese sauce and a gallon of chili for our Christmas party later today, I get off of work at 7am and the party is at 1pm, I brought 2 of my crockpots up here to my job, so if I start these at 7am, should I put them on low and just cook til 1pm? My one crockpot has a timer on it and will switch from low to warm, so I guess Ill put the cheese in it, am I doing this right??
