I need to move out of this neighborhood.....wack jobs screaming on the streets.Sirens 7 days a week.. Begging constantly....I feel for them but sometimes feel like a target. I gave two bucks to a guy the other day about dusk as he told me he needed the money to get to his shelter.... 2 days later I am getting money from an ATM the same guy walks toward me begging again.... I started shouting at him to get the hell away from me! Someone like him...makes me uncomfortable to have money in my pocket on the streets. I am grateful I have even my small income and wish I could help more often but let me tell you that one guy will never get a penny from me again!
