I need to rant for a second: UPS lost my $50 carry on luggage 4 days before I am moving. They delivered it to a random house, put it on their doorstep and now they are making excuses saying it was delivered to my house but was stolen off the doorstep... I was in the driveway when they claim it was delivered, it was NOT brought to my house or my street... FedEx would not have made this mistake... Now what am I supposed to do? I guess I have to spend extra money to overnight a new order... Moral of the story - Do your job! Whether you are President of the United States or a UPS driver, take pride in your work and do it right.
