I need to start my story at the beginning for those that dont know. a bit over a year and a half ago, a few of us were on another boxer site and we were discussing a boy boxer that had been in kennels for a very long time. we were wondering if his human would ever come along for him. the kennels he was at were wonderful and gave him 2 walks a day and fed him well and the staff all loved him but everyone that showed an interest in him, he turned away from them like he was waiting for the right person. he even featured in the kennels calender. I was discussing this boy with one of my customers and showed his picture in the hope that he might take an interest. my customer decided he would like to meet this boy so he and his wife went to the kennels. As Sean and Michelle drove in the gate, it just happened that this lovely boxer boy was on his way out for a walk. Sean bent down to say hello to Rumble and it was love at first sight. Sean and Michelle were the humans he had waited so long for. after they passed all the necessary checks by the kennel, Rumble went to live in his new forever home. They loved him and he loved them back. Rumble had a couple of epilectic turns but it was 1 every 6 or so months so nothing to worry about and the vet felt he didnt need medications. recently though, there had been a few more turns so the vet gave Rumble some epilepsy medications which helped. Rumble was panting and restless very early this morning and shortly after 4am with Sean and Michelle by his side, he crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Run free beautiful Rumble Bumble. you will be missed by so many but most of all by Sean and Michelle.
