I need to stop for just a second and Priase my Lord!! Grant was coming home from work. He was stopped at our subdivision waiting to turn left. He looked in his rearview mirror and saw the lights and grill of an 18 wheeler. The truck did not have time to stop before hitting Grant. Grant said God gave him just enough room to hit the gas and turn before the car coming in the opposite direction hit him. Where we live there is a small hill above our subdivision. If the drivers are not paying attention, when they crest that hill, they will run into the back of someone waiting to turn left into the sub. I, too, was almost hit a few years ago. Scared me so bad, I told my kids to ALWAYS look in their rearview mirror and watch for oncoming cars. Thank you Lord for watching over my son and the other drivers today. Grant is still shook up, but grateful.
