I need to tell this: I was feeling very bad, when one of my technical students told me yesterday, that he lost his Instructor job, for the reason, he shared my post from the Tec Week. The Dive Center owner told him and the other staff members, that my Dive Center is competition and nobody from the company is aloud to share my posts. Competition ( Wikipedia ) is somebody to offer the same you do. But, I offer technical diving, technical courses, cave diving and also cave courses for all the Dive Centers here in Bayahibe. How can I be competition? This shows me that we have still Dive Center owners they have no knowledge about the difference between technical and recreational diving. They think they are great business owners, but they are not. Today you have to think about what courses or special dives you can offer to existing customers or new customers additional to normal diving. Get more business in to your company with new ideas and not stay with the old crap. Everybody offers normal diving, in small or big groups. This is nothing new. I wish them good luck in the future without thinking about the future. Personal Note: When somebody likes to have me as competition and not as additional services, I can do this also.
