I need to vent today before I explode. Today at work was hell. I was working my butt off today. A customer asked me if I have anymore of a particular item in stock because the corner of the box was dented. I told her no. She said well did you check. I said no, but I know I dont have anymore. We went through the same conversation again. Finally when I said I would give her a discount of course she was fine with that. What the hell is the difference the product is fine you will be throwing the box in the trash anyway. Well that was the first go around. Another customer calls me and said why is nobody answering your phone in the pharmacy? I have been calling since 6:23 and nobody is answering. I told her my pharmacy closed at 6:00. She proceeds to yell at me. How the hell is someone that is not there going to answer a phone call. She said her mother was having an allergic reaction and believe me I sympathize with that but dont you think the first place you may want to call would be the doctor. If my elderly mother was having a reaction I would not be worried about someone not answering a phone. If you really were that concerned here is a better idea, how about taking her to an Urgent Care facility????? Hello, maybe it is me. I have a good caring group of people that work with me. Just because we work in retail that the does give anyone the right to treat us badly!!!!I cant decide if I want to start smoking or drinking. Ugh. Thanks for listening.
