I need tp rant rant please. I do not care if there is no other stores out there to get another thing from, but I will never buy another thing from Sears. If I had a stick of dynamite I would use it. Bought a refrigerator last Saturday was to get it on Friday with the door switched from left to right at no charge. They were to call Thursday and say when they were coming.Wednesday I get a call they were going to delivery the frig in an 1 and half hours on that day not Friday. I was on my way to work and my husband was sleeping. He works 3rd shift. Guy calls customer service they call me back and says oh "Im sorry Friday is booked solid" we cant do that now for you it has to be on Monday. Go to store Friday and complain. get some money back to make us happy. Says monday is the day and says yes doors would be changed. Guess what? Monday frig. came and the doors are on the left. I HATE SEARS!!!!! Done with rant thanks.
