I need working out advice. I REALLY need to start working out more. I just really, honestly dont have the time. Im either managing my house and children or working or sleeping. I know I need to make time for myself blah, blah, blah but if I do, I will be even farther behind at work and my house will be even messier. I used to be able to make time to exercise but lately I dont even want to exercise. I used to like it and want to do it. Im beginning to wonder if the only way I will do it is if I pay a bunch of money and have to make it to a class at a certain time or I lose my money. But I dont want to work out too hard. No Crossfit or Boot Camps, etc. I have a bad back so Id like to do strength and stretches as opposed to something like Zumba but Id like some cardio. I tried Zumba and decided I just dont like to dance. Totally boring and not fun to me and Im really bad at it. Oh, and to top it all off, I have an almost 3 year-old that will need entertained during all this. The Orem Rec center is probably closer to my style but their day care place costs extra and isnt open during the time when I think I would be most likely to feel like going, which is around 11:45, after my 5 year-old gets out of Kindergarten and after I get some of the time-sensitive work done. I used to use my Elliptical machine pretty good after the children went to bed but I need that time to work without interruption and now my Elliptical machine is inmy bedroom downstairs where my 3 year-old sleeps. BTW, I am NOT the kind of person to get up early to work out and my children and husband wake up early enough that its not really an option. Any ideas? Im sure Im not the only person in this situation. . .
