I need you guys to help me out here. Its no secret I dont drink... never really started. Here I find myself deciding which Red and White Wines as well as Ciders we will stock at the restaurant. Joe and I figured out red... a Pinot Noir from Carlo and Julian Vineyard in Carlton, Oregon (and also Mickey Trescotts awesome uncle!) We figured out cider... Seattle Cider Company has a super dry and a semi dry that Joe is a fan of. White wine is where we need your help. We found a distributor who can help us out, but what do you guys prefer... Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, or do you prefer wine blends? It will be from Oregon and I know each one is different and each producer/year changed things, but I just need to know Im in the right ballpark!!!! -H Edit: I love keeping things local... and I love that Portland is a place where saying something is from Seattle is basically like saying its from Missouri. As cool as it is to support a business that is within 20 miles... its also pretty awesome that we have the unique opportunity to support businesses with owners that we know personally (Joe went to school with one of the three founders... all super sweet guys)... and they also happen to be within 200 miles. :)
