I needed this today! I have been so off track since the big move, and my whole life/routine has been scrambled...kinda like eggs! I went through the rationalizing phase of why I am eating this and not doing that. I have also recently been wallowing in the excuse phase, but my limited clothes supply and body cant take that ish no more. Monday I am getting back on the horse with my biggest cheerleader (my mother). Anyone else feeling this way? I want to put together a group of pheonixes to rise up on monday- cleaning up the diet and getting active in some shape or form. I know I got a lot of ladies who might have started and fallen off. Lets set some goals and keep to it! Small Goals: 1. Quit coffee *Going 13 days strong!* 2. Remove white sugar and butter...once again 3. Drink a cup of tea at least once a day 4. Do at least 5mins of Meditation a day Fitness Goals: 1. Start and complete 21 Day Fix w/ mixed in PIYO (Once completed: re-evaluate fitness program of choice) 2. Walk with my mother and children every day 3. Hike up a mountain before Fall ...even if I have to carry kids on my back 4. Lose 20lbs- but overall gain more energy youtu.be/hW7So0gjT4E
