I neglected to take a picture of the (Rumex crispus) Curly Dock before I harvested the seeds, but Ive provided a link in the comments to these photographs. Im excited to use the flour I made from the seeds in many recipes - it smells SO good! For now, this is just a quick set of photos of my first experiment - homemade tortilla crisps made from homemade (REALLY homemade - made from fermented corn) chili masa harina (corn flour) and curly dock seed - DELICIOUS!!! Served myself with my homemade hummus - it was a wonderful snack :)
