I never asked God for Anything.....even when my body was crashed and would not respond....Not in the 9 months I was in a wheel chair....not once for me.... In 2010, My only Sister was dying....there was no hope...I did not pray for her healing until she was in multiple organ failures....Then, it was not pure prayer because, I am an optimist and had lived a charmed life, I believed a transplant would save her, after all, I had seen that in my own life....One day, while visiting the hospital, the news was dire....she was suffering like I had never seen...She had been so brave, unbelievably brave but her body was done.....I went back to the hospital the next day and instead of asking for healing, I asked you all to pray with me for Mercy...It was not a popular request. Many of you have never been in that situation....nevertheless, I asked and my prayer was granted....Not long after, my Mom was diagnosed with Cancer, again, I asked for your prayers, soon after someone unbelievable close to me was diagnosed with stage 4 Cancer....I asked for your prayers again...Our prayers were answered in both cases.... In these times of need, I learned to pray and began praying for others....I mean really praying....My prayers are not smooth flowing but they are heartfelt.... Over the last year, I have witness some Spirit Filled People....True Believers... Finally, I asked God for something for myself...I did not ask for him to be in my life because over the past few years, he has been apart of my daily life....He is in my Life....I asked him to fill me with his Spirit, I wanted to feel his presence....I had no idea what to expect.....I can not even explain it to you....It started small, like a single tear rolling down my cheek........it continues to grow, in some ways I want to say, thats enough Lord...I am not ready...But he knows what he is doing....This of course is not his 1st rodeo.... I am Blessed and You are too.....When you are ready for more....Just ask.....
