I never complain about bad food or service simply because Im a server. Had both last night and just woke up a lil sick to my stomach. Drugged up, headed to work. Had dinner at a high end (expensive) health food cafe. Wanted to treat myself to something different. Was told the wrong veggies in the pasta, picked some out. Told them I was vegetarian but the appetizer had bacon. It was the best of the food though. So it was the first meat Ive had in over a decade. Decided to make it better with their signature vegan desert. Yuck. Best part of it all was the free cucumber infused water they offered everyone lol. $30 wasted. The server was aloof but I know thats always a personal interpretation. Im not tagging the restaurant because thats bad juju and going to work I need good karma lol. One downfall of being sensitive and being in that position myself before...I never complain and would never want to jeopardise someones elses job. Risks are just that. Chalk them up and move on.
