I never gat tired if this. Those of us that are descendants of Floyd and Ollie Carter might see a flash of something familiar. My maternal Gradndfather, Floyd Carter Sr. Used to do a dance called Fallin off the log. It slightly resembled the movements of these joyous children. It was not as fast or as complexed. In fact it seemed to not take much energy at all. It was comprised of two or three simple steps with a slight hop on one foot and the other kicked up behind you in a small flourish. As a child I would wonder about where it came from and who invented it. So, when I see these distant relatives across the ocean, theres no doubt as to its origins. KM
