I never had so much fun this morning hosting one of #MPB 91.3 #ThinkRadio newest food talk shows DEEP SOUTH DINING all most as much fun as I had eating this yummy YUMMY STRAWBERRY & CREAM CREAM CHEESE TOAST and I want to share this delicious fun with you!!!!! Lets get started,,,,, To make this amazing mouth watering STRAWBERRY CREAM CHEESE SPREAD you need • stick butter • 8 oz cream cheese • 1/2 cup of powder sugar • 1 teaspoon cinnamon • 1-1/2 teaspoon nutmeg • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger • 1-1/2 to 2 cups freshly sliced strawberries divide • In a medium mixing bowl add butter cream cheese sugar and species using a blender cream until smooth • take the first half of strawberries place in a bowl and mash drain juice and and set to side • fold mashed strawberries into cream mixture • NOW for you topping pour strawberry juice onto remaining strawberries • add 1/2 cup powder sugar • 1/2 cup heavy cream and a dash of nutmeg • Lightly stir and let stand • NEXT spread cream cream mixture onto to your favorite sliced bread * I like the grain variety so I used a delicious oatmeal bread place in a pre-heated oven at 350 for 18-20 minutes ( NOTE; you want the toast to crisp ) • once done top with your strawberry topping and ENYOY YOUR MORNING,,,,, PS; this make a great anytime treat!
