I never knew... Getting weight control could be such a passion in the beginning... Then... Becomes normal! Portion control.... Plenty of water.... Learned when your stomache aches of being hungry --- you are losing weight! Fuel it and its redundant! Water! Water for me has curbed appetite in so many ways! I get lunch --- though I want consume it all.. I never! I split into 1/2 and the rest later... Along with water! 160.3 today! Was 249 plus... 8 months ago.... This was a mission! Normal after the first month--- yes ... First month ---wow! We are what we eat! No need for surgery... Do it with spirit and will power! 5-10-15 or more pounds!???? do it cause you want too... I am proof! I used to delight in crap... Now I delight in health! It gets addicting ... People notice --- and wow! So.... By this weeks end... Below 160! My weight in the 70s!! Then my goal is --- ??? TBA. Lol! As a Martial Artist 24/7 I have always been able to obtain goals! I m so proud -- almost 100 pounds of ugly extras is gone! In such a short period if time! 8 months give or take! You gotta do more than just not eat as much.... Exercise --- over and over is a hit too... I was up to 1,000 sit ups a day and squats for my ass and abs.... Not so much now.... No need! I smelled of Ben gay for a period You see.... As a Martial Arts instructor... Years pass... We train right along with all we teach! Instructors never have home life... While others eat Dinner at home with families... We are in classes! No home life... As per our regular Worlds! We eat at a fast food stuff on the way home.... Something!!! Its ok when younger... But for ME.... I became the coach/teacher/shouted commands... Not working out as I did as a young man! I blew up! Its an easy RUT to get into.. Never again.... I can get out of my own way again! And hang with all the youth! Such a great feeling! I have found --- fruits and veggies are awesome.
