I never knew my brain was capable of thinking so fast in my life. I guess when you have the mother or teacher instinct in you, you have to think quick on your feet, and protect anyone and everyone at all costs. It was a lot worse than the pictures, so dont let the pictures fool you. Were all sore, but Id rather be physically hurt than emotionally and mentally from hanging a cross up where the fire hydrant wouldve been. Our Family Fun Sunday didnt turn out so fun after all.. Someone pulled out in front of me, then proceeded to run me off of the road. The vehicle that pulled out in front of me and ran me off the road fled the scene of the wreck, but the police did get a description of the car, and paramedics examined us. I knew I had lives to protect and I did everything in my power I could to stop it from happening. I did everything I could, but sometimes its just not enough. It DISGUSTS me to know that there are people in this world that dont even have the Southern Hospitality, or even the DECENCY to stay there and own up to what they caused. I just thank the good Lord above for telling me what to do, keeping everyone safe, for the amazing paramedics, fire department, and police that came out there to help us, and for giving me a family and friends that are so loving and caring. Thank you for the calls and texts, it means more than you know to me.
