I never know what might trigger thoughts such as the ones racing through my aging brain...... Could be a movie, a beautiful sunset, a comment from a friend, or a touch on my hand from my beautiful wife...... But I do know this: through all the tremendously difficult portions of my life, I was carried by those who care. Looking back, it can almost seem as though I was a man of multiple personalities.....but they are just me being me....... Some who carried me can read this....most cannot. But with the wisdom of hindsight, it is wonderfully obvious how fortunate I really am. Each time I tried to create a chaos of my own self-indulgent making, someone stepped up and lifted-----when I gave them no good reason to do so. I am blessed. I have many more blessings than most......yet none deserved. I have no real understanding of this, but I do have an awareness..... So, to those who might glance at this......thank you is not enough, yet all I can offer. But the vast majority of my benefactors will never know........ Blessings run deep. And most come on the backs of others. Thank you.
