I never realized how much I enjoy teaching people until today. Was given a new hire to train today. Nothing like being validated by having someone who is open and willing to learn, and to know that your method of teaching is one that helps and not hinders their learning...had a smart, eager to learn trainee...and got him up and running four different machines without one hitch. Part of it was his intelligence, for he was smart, but it made me feel good when he said it was a good learning experience when you had someone who knew what they were doing. My pat on the back for the day :)
