I never want to leave our new home..we are officially moving end of year over Christmas break and that feels like years... I tell you this, you hear NOTHING out here, no traffic, sirens, racing engines, people screaming...you only see vast miles of hilly plains beauty! I would sell everything back in Aurora and just start over. .it is 15 minutes to the closest town. I cant tell you in words how much I love our new property....besides some personal choice remodeling, minor upgrades, and of coursee replacing all flooring, fresh kilz and paint which is normal for any previously occupied home...it is absolutely perfect for us....I have to tell you though, it was kinda creepy...we had hunters randomly come to our door and ask to hunt on the surrounding acreage...I will tell them NO I hunt it....1. To let them know... I know how to shoot, 2. To let them know we have guns....this property protected by Smith and Wesson...or there is no warning shots given! Just kiddng David dealt with them.. :) WE HAVE WAITED SOOOOOO LONG FOR THIS TO HAPPEN...thanks to my VA loan, Davids phenomenal job for the railroad, and Mandy Dreier hard work as our realtor (can you imagine?)..... it was just in Gods timing....guess what is in 5 months?????? 5 months!!!!!!! Guess guess guess....most likely if your reading this.....you probably are more than welcome to attend....guess....lol
