I never write complaint letters ever ever to businesses that I dont own or arent personally part of. I wrote one today. Sigh. Not because I want to upset them, but because I am so discouraged and I want them to do well. It was about my sixth bad experience, and finally, I had to say something. I suspect their rent is quite high. My intention is not to harm them. I would like to see independent businesses thrive here in Northwest Florida. Normally, I would not go back and just be peaceful about it. Because I actually like them I shared my frustration and experience. It will be interesting to see what happens since I usually dont do this.
