I nolonger see the sense of organising elections in Uganda afterall 90% Ugandans believe the vote cant dispense the incumbent. That money should be diverted to the Katosi road and buying a new generator at Jinja Hospital. It is high time reality hit us hard and realised therez more to governance than Museveni meets Besigye. The more our reasoning revalues myopic election expenses, the more my uncle in Namutumba district suffers to access safe water. Presidency shd be rotational so that every region leads after every five years. How it can be done? Am not sure. .........? Thoughts of a lawyer off the Desktop.......
