I normally dont post my thoughts here on FB anymore because to be honest this site has become a place of gross idolatry. However after praying and waiting for a response I would like to submit the following. Over the last couple of days I have witnessed a brother attempt to convince others that Easter isnt pagan, contrary to the mountain of evidence that shows that it is indeed tied to pagan origins, from both a christian and Hebraic perspective. This was said because the brother explained that he is tired of seeing those in our movement bash Christians. To be honest there are serious issues in both camps and just as much back biting, slander and vulgar abomination as anyone can think of weather you be Christian, Hebrew Roots, Islamic, Messianic, Jewish etc. I would like to share my heart for a moment and give you a personal view from my own life. From age 1-12 I was grossly abused by the man that was my father who was a Christian, The next man I called my spiritual father in this movement did the same thing and then blamed me for leaving instead of enduring it after i got fed up with it. My wife also endured this with me. In truth without sharing much in terms of details we have endured hell on earth and 90% of it came from folks calling themselves believers in Messiah. Our congregation is small and exists only because Yahweh ordained it. Sometimes it gets lonely, sometimes it gets hard and I am down right sick of all the wickedness, idolatry and down right wickedness from those at the top much less the congregants. IMO trying to float that Easter isnt pagan is like trying to prove that i am actually a white man. I get that we dont bash Christians and I am tremendously involved in the pursuit of unity however we do not compromise G-ds word. Or cow tow to something that is false and that at the heart endorses Practices that violate the Torah in the name of love and under the cover of we dont know their intent. We know the intent of the early fathers by their own words it doesnt take rocket science to read Constantine s Creed or any of the Early church fathers statements in regards to the Jews that were Seething with antisemitism and that fueled the minds of those who have sought to wipe Israel off the map like the Nazi Regime to name a few.Not to mention the millions of Jews who have died over the centuries or that were FORCED TO CONVERT TO CHRISTIANITY AND KEEP THESE HOLIDAYS AND PRACTICES AS TRUTH. I dont judge Christians or knock them as individuals for their behavior but I will never endorse a holiday that is as perverted as those individuals who i mentioned above that are looked at as founders and champions of the Christian Faith. As stated me and my family have went through the meat grinder time and time again but we count it joy and continue to push forward. The body of messiah as a whole is terribly sick and it is not exclusive to THIS MOVEMENT. I have witnessed parents against children and children against parents, Lashon Horah amongst the leaders and BLATANT REFUSALS TO TRY TO RECONCILE AND FORGIVE to name a few of the things that have my spirit vexed.My call is to the leaders. WHERE ARE THE LEADERS WHO TRULY HAVE A HEART FOR YAHWEH AND UNITY AND BUILDING THE KINGDOM? WHO ARE NOT SWAYED BY EVERY WIND OF DOCTRINE? WHERE ARE THE FOLKS WHO ARENT JUST GOING TO TALK ABOUT IT BUT WILL BE ABOUT IT? WHERE ARE THE PEOPLE WHO UNDERSTAND THAT FAMILY IN MESSIAH TRANSCENDS BLDGS AND THE NAMES OF MINISTRIES YOU ARE INVOLVED WITH? WHERE ARE THE LEADERS WHO DONT HAVE AN AGENDA AND ARENT AFRAID TO STAND UP FOR TORAH? WHERE ARE THE LEADERS WHO DO AND HEAR THE WORD AND LET YAHWEH BE YAHWEH? I KNOW A GREAT MANY TEACHERS BUT NOT MANY ADHERANTS TO THE WORD. Whats sad is that it will take Yahweh bringing the tribulation period for us to finally get it. When the message becomes WORK TOGETHER OR PERISH we will get it. I TRULY UNDERSTAND WHY YAHWEH CALLED US STIFF NECKED AND HARD HEARTED. Because we are so bent on being rebellious and compromise that we will run after that in spite of everything else. I AM UTTERLY DISGUSTED WITH THE MORAL FILTH THAT IS RAMPANT IN THE LIVES AND MINISTRIES AT THE LEADERSHIP LEVEL AND MY PRAYER IS THAT YAHWEH COME SOON SO WHEN THE RUBBER MEETS THE ROAD WE WILL SEE WHO REALLY BELIEVES WHAT THEY ARE SAYING. IN THE MEANTIME IF YOU ARE AN INDIVIDUAL OR LEADER WHO IS ABOUT UNITY AND BUILDING THE KINGDOM PLEASE REACH OUT TO US. Lets at the least dialogue and try to work together to actually do what the Good Book says to do.
