I not one to post negative comments on here as you all know so I will do my best to try to keep this positive. I am so disheartened by our judicial system, here in Weakley county ( especially child support cases) . Thankfully I have never had to deal with them on my childrens behalf (Still Praise God everyday for Larry Mills he was always a wonderful father and suppprter) Some of the stories I listen to from the single moms is heart breaking how do you let someone just not pay for their child yet demand they have visitation. It makes no sense to me. I have been in court in benton county and watched a judge there put a mother in jail for the weekend over; $237.00 the same day a father wrote a check for $2300.00 cause he didnt want to go back to jail for 30 days. Why do our counties differ so much. Does anyone not. Realize it is the kids that are hurting. They are the ones doing without. Please I am Asking Everyone to Pray for these childre n there parents and our judicial. System
