I not sure i understand: An attorney-at-law appears in the District ‘B’ Magistrates Court today charged with five offences. Marlon Markland Gordon, 44, of Glen Acres, St George has been charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm to a police officer, insulting language and three counts of resisting police in the execution of their duty. The lawmen were at the time responding to a report at the Plae, Rising Sun, Christ Church, where a fete was being held. Gordon was being arrested for an offence when he reportedly resisted a police officer and other police officers assisted in subduing him. A female police officer had to seek medical attention as a result.
