I not trying to put my business on Facebook, but I have a big problem. I am renting a room and have just started working as you know Most places dont pay until the second week then once your in the system they pay whatever is contracted for the job. The problem is Ive given money to this person been here a month. They stated and have allowed me to work around the house to work off the deposit then they said they could wave the deposit and just let me pay rent for this month. I dont receive my pay until this Friday. I have cut the yard front and back trimmed hedges helped clean out pool of trash and even went and cleaned the roof of sticks as ask and promised. Now theyre telling me I have to move out by the first which is a holiday. Now if Im not mistaken I should have 30days by law. I even signed a least that has neither been signed by them or a copy given to me nor will they give me a house key. What is the next steps I should take? Im trying not to turn up. WHAT DO I DO?
