I noticed some workers placing many small colored flags along the creek corridor today. In talking to them I found out that hundreds of trees and shrubs are being planted over the next few weeks . I walk these paths everyday so for me anything that creates a more complex wilderness area for wildlife is amazing !!! Im super excited about this -there will even be trees along the banks of the main bridge which definitely needs something. Now we just need to get the garbage cleaned up and stop the kids from breaking things down under the bridge -re: I saw some boys around age 13 smashing big chunks of concrete off the walls.
