I offer no apology for what am going to say and for whatever reason, if you chose to be irrational and fail to reason logically about what I say/write, then you are licensed to get what you chose to have in the end. Enough of this crap about Doctors are called to serve so they should not even ask for more. Yes Doctors are called to serve but not empty-handed and stupidly being turned to butchers in the face of zero facility, zero motivation, zero resources (public and personal of course!) to do their service! I know the Nigerian public is so gullible about a lot of things and we accept assertions without testing the fulcrum upon which it is swinging or even attempt to verify the premise from which it is emanating from. I from my younger days have never subscribed to the stupid popular maxim Teachers rewards are in heaven which many gullible ones are quick to mouth sumptuously. I always argue; if Teachers rewards are in heaven, then they have no business being here on earth. And of course today I have been proven right.... most of our Teachers have gone to heaven, that is why our school system today have Teachers who cannot come up with a comprehensive name and pictures of their kidnapped students (by Boko Haram) even after 3 months? Now since the Doctors strike, a lot of ignorant folks have started opening their buccal dump yard to abuse Doctors and pour out idiotic slogans like ... Doctors are called to serve and have no business with strike .... Doctors swore an oath to put their patient first, so strike is a breach of that oath .... it is ungodly for ...
