I officially have NO FAITH in our health care system! Its so frustrating I have to keep fighting to get healthy again, after 4 surgeries and numerous testing(2yrs worth of testing done), I was told by the mayo clinic my case isnt unique enough to be seen as a patient there and qualify for financial aide. My insurance isnt excepted there so I had to present my case to a board of doctors that basically denied me. Ive seen 2 different urologist at U of M and every urologist locally and yet no one is fixing the issue! The only help I am getting is from my OB/GYN that has a pretty good idea as to what is going on and what type of surgery I need to fix the issue with the medical evidence to back up his theory. So now I have to undergo a minor surgery to prove that he is right. ( my idea to do this) hoping the mayo clinic will change their mind and reconsider their decision! If I had the money to pay for my surgery I wouldnt hesitate one bit! there isnt a price you can put on your health and to actually be pain free, I would pay a million dollars if I had it!!
