I officially started my new workout program today. Its a mix of Pilates and yoga with a faster pace. Today was a lower body workout. Yoga usually bores me but this is fast enough so I dont lose interest and also a bit challenging. Ive tried out a lot of the workouts already and can tell this is going to improve my core strength and flexibility! Heres to 60 days of fun, clean eating and hard work!!!
