I often caution my children, work and birth children to be careful when speaking negative things about your better half. We always forget to come back and tell the positive things. Today God has brought to my attention that is what Ive been doing for the past 2 years. God has blessed me with an amazing gift. The gift of being loved, honored, cherished, appreciated and needed more than I have ever known. Yes I have fought it tooth and nail. This was not the plan I had for my life, but God gave it anyway. This man loves me beyond measure. He is strong when he needs to be strong and Im being as female as they come and he is compassionate and loving when I need it and above all he is wise enough to know the difference. Today I want to say publicly I love this man with all my being, and I truly look forward to becoming his partner, helpmate, comforter, caregiver and wife in a couple of months. I am thankful to God for giving me what I needed and not what I wanted.
