I often get asked about when the Texas Worm Ranch got started: The Texas Worm Ranch started in 2008 with one little worm bin in my garage. This soon became over 40 bins, and we moved to our first warehouse location. We outgrew that space and moved to a larger location. This Spring, Texas Worm Ranch moved yet again! We now occupy a 12,000 square foot facility, which we also share with Texas Honeybee Guild and Green Phoenix Farms. There is organic garden space out front and another large garden space a few miles away. Our goal is to be a model of sustainability and holistic eco-agriculture in an urban setting. We hope to help people be successfully organic and reduce their waste at the same time. Together, we can have healthier people, community, and planet.
