I often recommend that people eat fish rarely and, if they choose to eat fish, err toward the choices of salmon and small fish- sardines and anchovies. The amount of healthy omega 3 fatty acids isnt worth the mercury risk. This means that many of us should supplement with EPA/DHA (fish oil).
