I often say that I have been blessed in that I have had...and still have...the honor of working with simply amazing vocalists. Kenny Loggins, Gary Morris, Leslie Ellis, my beautiful wife, Sarah Pierce. Each unique. Each gifted with astounding instruments that they have learned to play with such amazing clarity of the body - mind - and spirit. Eight years ago today we lost one of the greatest. No one ever heard of her. Just a skinny, tall, blonde chick with a twelve string guitar. No one really knew her outside of those that had the true blessing of being close to her...if for only a too short while. If you have a moment, give this a listen. Forget that its dated...mid 80s. Forget everything but that this is a young woman that sang for no other reason than for the pure joy of life and the gift she was given.
