I once watched a play which involved a prisoner and the Executive Governor of a state. The Governor wanted to free some prisoners, so he decided to visit the prisons personally, dressed casually, in the process he met some prisoners who were sorry and accepted him, but also came across this particular prisoner who did not believe he could be the Governor. He rejected him and refused to hear him even though he was repeatedly told it was the Governor who was visiting. In conclusion when the Governor got back to his office, he released all the penitent prisoners. When this unruly prisoner learnt that it was the Governor that visited the prisoners had set free some prisoners, he broke down and wept because he had lost a golden opportunity to receive freedom. The Bible says the whole world is a prisoner of sin. Gal 3:22 The Governor Jesus Christ (Matt 2:6) came into the world to free us from the prison of sin. Your enternity depends on how you respond to Jesus whosoever believes in Him is not condemned, but whosoever does not bbelieves stands condemned already John 3:18.
