I open up Facebook the first thing I see is the box which reads Whats on your mind? Well here goes, and Im just venting......why is it people want to talk me about fitness, nutrition, and overall healthy living but when it comes to discuss the money part they cringe even after they have been shown what their current situation will lead to. Im the last person to tell anyone what to do with their money. We all free to do as we please with our earnings, I think we all agree on that. My point is this.......broad spectrum, you come talk to me with your MK bag, 200.00 hair do, or newest Js, newest phone, nicest rims, etc. Well deserved no doubt. The cost of wellness is priceless. Its not about a product or program. Its about that first step....eating right!!! IJS....We have to do better at prioritizing whats important in our lives. Do you want to see your baby grow up? Graduate? Get married? Etc. Those are important. I understand tomorrow is not guaranteed, but from health standpoint you dont have to reduce your number of tomorrows, make a change.
